1864 Feltham Road

Habitat for Humanity Victoria is seeking council approval for a $227,500 Capital Grant from the Saanich Affordable Housing Reserve Fund for a proposed 13-unit affordable homeownership project at 1864 Feltham Road. Council is also asked to amend the reserve fund bylaw and policy to permit non-profit affordable homeownership projects, as the fund currently supports only rental housing. An application to amend the Saanich Official Community Plan has been submitted for 1864 Feltham Road. The applicant, Habitat for Humanity Victoria, proposes to redesignate the property from a Residential designation to allow a future development.
