Council is being asked to give final reading to Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 10280, which incorporates the updated Shelbourne Valley Plan and associated land use framework amendments into the OCP, and to rescind a previous motion that contained an administrative omission. The amendment is a policy action with no site-specific project attached. If adopted, the bylaw takes effect immediately.
